New England Revolution midfielder Noel Buck earns call-up to England U-19 National Team

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. (September 1, 2023) – New England Revolution Homegrown Player and midfielder Noel Buck has been called up to the England Under-19 Men’s National Team for a pair of international friendlies at the Oliva Nova Sports Center in Valencia, Spain. England will face Germany on Wednesday, September 6 (1:00 p.m. ET) before closing the week with a match against Switzerland on Saturday, September 9 (8:00 a.m. ET).

This marks Buck’s first selection by The Three Lions, who holds dual citizenship in England and the United States. Now in his third professional season and second in MLS, Buck has made 24 MLS appearances, with 18 starts, while notching two goals and one assist in league play. The Arlington, Mass. native began his professional career in 2021 with Revolution II, where he totaled 43 appearances with the second team, and earned 2021 UnitedHealthcare Revolution Academy Player of the Year honors. 

The Revolution Academy graduate previously earned a call-up by the United States Under-19 National Team in July 2022 to attend the program's development camp in Carson, Calif. alongside fellow Revolution Homegrown Players Esmir Bajraktarević and Jack Panayotou.
