Over the course of the past year, New England Revolution fans have gotten to know Radley Theolien, a key player on the Revs' Special Olympics MA Unified Team who also featured on the MLS Unified All-Star Team this past summer in Minnesota. Now a student-athlete at Massachusetts Bay Community College, Theolien recently had his story told by Boston 25's Heather Hegedus.
"You can be strong physically, but in the head you better be mentally strong and know that if things aren't going your way, it's not the end of the story," said Radley. "You've got to persevere through the darkest times. You've just got to know who you are, why you're here, know your worth, what you're doing and just have a dream and a vision. Not everyone's going to see that vision that you have, but you've got to push through."
