Q: What is the Revolution Season Membership Program?
A: The Revolution Season Membership Program (the “Program”) is your ticket to the best seats in Gillette Stadium for all Revolution regular-season MLS home matches at the lowest-available price. Members will also receive a host of exclusive benefits along with best-in-class customer service.

Q: Will I have access to purchase my same seats for the 2022 MLS Cup Playoff matches at Gillette Stadium?

A: Pursuant to the Revolution Membership Program Terms and Conditions, tickets to Revolution home playoff matches are not included in the Program. Members will have the option of purchasing tickets for their regular season seat locations for all Revolution home playoff matches, excluding the MLS Cup Championship, at the then-current playoff ticket pricing. Unless a Member opts out in the manner set forth below, the Member’s Account will be automatically debited for Revolution home playoff matches prior to each match, within one week after each home playoff match has been confirmed. Members will be sent playoff pricing information and an “opt-out” notification approximately 30 days prior to the first MLS playoff match of each year. Members who do not wish to purchase tickets to the Revolution home playoff matches for a particular year may opt-out of purchasing playoff tickets by (i) completing within 15 days of receiving the opt-out notification the Playoff Opt-Out form available atwww.revolutionsoccer.net, or (ii) sending the Playoff Opt-Out form via U.S. Certified Mail (must be postmarked within 15 days of receiving the opt-out notice), return receipt requested to New England Revolution Ticketing, One Patriot Place, Foxboro, MA 02035. By opting out, Members’ Accounts will not be debited, Members’ tickets will be invalidated for the playoff matches, and Members shall have no further opportunity, through their Membership(s), to purchase tickets to such Revolution home playoff matches for the current MLS season.. Q: What payment plans are available for Program Members?
A: There are two payment plans available – Monthly payment and Annual payment plans which ensure there is an option for all Members.

Q: How much do I owe as a deposit to secure my Membership?

Monthly – 12 equal payments starting in October of each year

  • Deposit – First monthly payment
  • If purchase in November or later, the first payment will be a lump sum payment based upon an October start date.
  • Monthly payments will be billed on or around the 15th of each month

Annual – 100% payment upon purchase and each October in subsequent years

Q: Why does the club use an auto-renewal model?
A: The club uses an auto-renewal model to provide fans with less hassle when it comes to renewing their tickets each year. This model enables fans to pay over the course of 12 months. The auto-renewal model also ensures that fans have the flexibility to cancel at any time.

Q: How do I cancel my Membership?
A: You may cancel your Membership at any time by (i) completing the Cancellation Form available at revolutionsoccer.net/memberships/cancellation or (ii) sending the Cancellation Form via U.S. Certified Mail, return receipt requested, to New England Revolution Ticketing, One Patriot Place, Foxboro, MA 02035. Q: If I choose to cancel, will I get a refund?
A: No refunds will be issued for terminating your Membership; however, any remaining balance on your Account may be applied toward the purchase of tickets to a Revolution home match(es) until no funds remain in your Account. Tickets must be purchased through the Revolution ticket office. If you choose to cancel, your Membership will end 29 days from the date you provide the New England Revolution with written notice by completing the Cancellation Form. If there is another payment date within the 29 day window, you will be charged.

Q: How will I be notified of changes to pricing and other changes to my Revolution Membership?
A: Any changes to pricing, or other material changes to your Membership benefits will be communicated via mail and/or email, to the mailing address and/or email address on file, on or before August 31st of each year.

Q: Can I transfer my Membership to a friend?
A: Your Membership is non-transferrable; however you can transfer your tickets to a friend through your online Account Manager or accessing mobile ticketing via the Gillette Stadium app.

Q: How do I transfer my tickets?
A: Account Manager as well as mobile ticketing via the Gillette Stadium app enable you to transfer tickets to anyone. The recipient will be able to show the transferred tickets on the app to be scanned when entering the stadium.

Q: When will payments begin for future Revolution seasons?
A: Season pricing is based on an October start each year for the upcoming season. Your credit card in your Account will continue to be charged each month or year, depending on your payment plan selection. Membership rates for future seasons will be communicated by the Revolution to Members on or before August 31 of each year. The first payment or annual payment for each upcoming season will be charged on or around October 15 of each year.

Q: Do all Members need to agree to the Revolution Program Terms and Conditions?
A: Yes, all Season Members must agree to the Revolution Membership Program Terms and Conditions.

Q: Can I suspend my Membership?
A: No, your Membership cannot be suspended for any period of time. If a Member chooses to cancel his/her Membership for a period of time, he/she would then need to sign up for a new Membership.

Q: How can I pay for my Revolution Membership?
A: The club accepts VISA, MasterCard and American Express credit cards for Membership payments.

Q: When will my Membership welcome package be mailed to me?
A: For your convenience, all tickets are available via mobile ticketing only via the Gillette Stadium App. Your parking information will be communicated to you prior to the season or your first match if you purchased after the season started. Click here for more information on mobile ticketing.

Q: What is the Gillette Stadium app?
A: The Gillette Stadium app can be downloaded on any smart phone and allows you to manage your tickets and access your ProShop discount as well as being a resource for other game day information.

Q: How do I take advantage of the Member ticket exchange program online?

A: As a benefit for being a Season Member, you may make ticket exchanges for matches that have not yet occurred. You may exchange tickets online up until one (1) hour before the match you wish to exchange out of through the desktop version of Account Manager. Ticket exchange requests through the Revolution office must be received three (3) business days prior to the match. Note: You may not exchange tickets out of matches that have already occurred (e.g.: You missed the May 28th match and your tickets went unused).Click here to learn more about the Season Member ticket exchange program.

Q: How do I receive the 15% in-store Revolution ProShop discount?
A: Log into your account via the Gillette Stadium app to access your in-store Revolution ProShop discount. No exceptions will be made.

Q: How do I receive special discounts and offers from select Patriot Place retail and restaurant locations?

Q: How do I manage my tickets online via Account Manager?

A: You will need to enter the email attached to your Membership and password to log in to Account Manager.

Q: How do I reset my password for Account Manager?
A: You may reset your password by clicking the “Forgot Your Password?” link on the Account Manager log-in page. A new password will be emailed to you. Please contact your service representative, call 1-877-GET-REVS or email cs@revolutionsoccer.net with any questions.

Q: How do I change my information in Account Manager?
A: You may update your personal information in Account Manager. However, you must contact New England Revolution Ticketing if you wish you change the credit card information in your Account.

Q: How do I purchase add-on tickets to Revolution home matches online?
A: Account Manager enables you to purchase discounted add-on tickets, when available, to future Revolution home matches. Tickets can be purchased up until kickoff.

Q: How do I donate tickets to the New England Revolution Charitable Foundation?
A: Account Manager enables you to donate tickets to the New England Revolution Charitable Foundation (our own charitable foundation which uses the tickets via our various charitable partners). When donated, the foundation will automatically receive your ticket(s) which will be placed into their account. Tickets may be donated through Account Manager up to 48 hours prior to a match.

Q: What benefits do I receive with my Revolution Membership?
