Mobile ticketing guide

All of your tickets for the 2026 season will be available by opening the Revolution app on your smartphone and logging in with your Revolution ticketing credentials.

Ticket Exchanges

As a benefit for being a Season Member, you may make ticket exchanges for matches that have not yet occurred based on the below online and offline policies.

• Online Ticket Exchange Policies: You may exchange tickets out of the match online via the Revolution App or Account Manager up until 5 p.m. ET the day prior to the match. You may exchange tickets online into a match via the Revolution App or Account Manager up until kickoff of each match.
• Offline Ticket Exchange Policies: Ticket exchange requests both into and out of upcoming future matches through the Revolution office must be received three (3) business days prior to the match.

Use the Benefits Pass to access the following Season Member benefits at Gillette Stadium. Season Member Parking Information

We are excited to share an enhancement to your matchday experience for next season! Starting in 2026, Season Member parking will be lot-specific, giving members more control and convenience over their matchday parking. Parking lots 3B, 4C, 5 are on the East side of the stadium and parking lots 20 and 22B on the West side of the stadium are reserved for our Season Members. 

Premium Season Members with Cross Insurance Club or Field Level Seats receive the option to park in premium VIP lots with access to exclusive stadium entrances. 

Tailgating is permitted three (3) hours before the match within all Season Member and Supporter Group parking lots.

Season Member Lanes at Stadium Gates

The following exclusive Season Member lanes at each stadium gate will open 75 minutes before kickoff for the 2026 season.

• Ticketmaster Ramp via Ticketmaster Gate
• Grand Staircase via Ticketmaster Gate
• CVS Health Gate
• Bank of America Gate
• Cross Insurance Club: Use E4 Entrance
• Field Seating: Use E3 Entrance

Note: Elevators will be available at E3 (East) entrances for any guests entering Dell Technologies Suite Levels or guests with disabilities. In addition, the Ticketmaster ramp accessible elevator will be available for field-level access or guests with disabilities.
