MOBILE TICKETING TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS

  1. Please download the latest version of the Gillette Stadium app (check for updates in app store)
  2. Log out and log back into Account Manager if you are having trouble loading your tickets in the app
  3. Add your tickets to your mobile wallet prior to the match

IMPORTANT Ticketmaster update for Apple iPhone (iOS) users!

Ticketmaster has released SafeTix Wallet security enhancements for mobile tickets, which requires Apple devices to be running iOS 16.4 or higher. Please check your device and update to the latest iOS.

Go to > Settings > General > Software Update > Verify iOS is up to date

Please also confirm that you have the latest version of the Gillette Stadium and/or Ticketmaster apps on your device. SafeTix will require you to complete a one-time action linking your Ticketmaster account to your Apple ID using FaceID or passcode.

After linking your accounts, if you receive a “Pass Disabled” message on your mobile tickets in your mobile Wallet, you will need to check to ensure that you have updated your iOS and/or the Gillette Stadium/ TM app to the latest version to resolve. You may also need to delete/remove your mobile tickets from your Wallet and re-add from your Ticketmaster account to resolve. If you need additional help, please click here for more information.

Noting, SafeTix will be rolled out by Ticketmaster to iOS users first, and in the following months, it will be rolled out to Android users.

  • For your safety and convenience, all tickets will be available via mobile ticketing only.

How do I access and manage my mobile tickets?

  • Download the Gillette Stadium App. Tap the “Tickets” icon at the bottom of screen.
    Tap the “View/Manage My Tickets” icon.

What happens if I do not have a mobile phone?

  • Please contact your New England Revolution Customer Service Representative, call 1-877-GET-REVS or email cs@revolutionsoccer.net.

What happens if my mobile phone does not work on a game day?

  • If you have mobile ticketing issues on a game day up to three (3) hours before kickoff, please call 1-877-GET-REVS or email cs@revolutionsoccer.net. If you are already at the stadium, please visit the Gillette Stadium ticket office in the Enel plaza starting three (3) before kickoff.

Can I print my tickets or receive printed tickets instead of mobile tickets?

  • For your safety and convenience, all tickets will be available via mobile ticketing only. You can access your ticket on your phone via the Gillette Stadium App. You will not be able to print tickets, use screenshots or print screenshots of tickets. If you have any questions, please contact your Customer Service Representative, call 1-877-GET-REVS or email cs@revolutionsoccer.net.

How do I transfer my tickets?

  • You will need your guest’s name and email or mobile phone number. Log into Account Manager, select the desired game and choose the transfer option to go through the steps.

What is SafeTix technology?

  • Ticketmaster SafeTix are powered by a new and unique barcode that automatically refreshes every 15 seconds. This greatly reduces the risk of ticket fraud from stolen or illegal counterfeit tickets. Your barcode includes leading-edge technology with fraud and counterfeit protection, so you won’t be able to use screenshots or printouts.·

  • If you would like to speak with a Revolution Customer Service Representative, please visit the Member Services booths which are located at midfield on both the east and west sides of the Main Concourse adjacent to the Guest Services booths.
