New England Revolution Season Membership Program FAQ’s

Q: What is the Revolution Season Membership Program?
A: The Revolution Season Membership Program (the “Program”) is your ticket to the best seats in Gillette Stadium for all Revolution regular-season MLS home matches at the lowest-available price. Members will also receive a host of exclusive benefits along with best-in-class customer service.

Q: Will I have access to purchase my same seats for the MLS Cup home playoff matches at Gillette Stadium?
A: Program Members will have the opportunity to purchase their same seats for each MLS Cup home playoff game (not including the MLS Cup Championship game). Your Account will be billed only after the games have been scheduled and confirmed. This means that you will not pay in advance for any potential playoff matches that do not take place. Members who do not wish to purchase tickets to Revolution home playoff matches will need to (i) complete within 15 days of receiving the opt-out notification the Playoff Opt-Out form available by clicking here or (ii) send the Playoff Opt-Out form via U.S. Certified Mail (must be postmarked within 15 days of receiving the opt-out notice), return receipt requested to New England Revolution Ticketing, One Patriot Place, Foxboro, MA 02035.

Q: How do I choose my Program amenity?
A: All Members will receive a choice of the following:

  • Road Supporter Trip: Stand, sing and support the Revolution at one (1) away match during the season. Your game ticket and round trip bus transportation will be provided.

  • Revs Day on the Pitch: Gain access to one (1) Revs Day on the Pitch event on the Gillette Stadium field including complimentary food and beverages from the concessions.  You will have the opportunity to kick around the soccer ball on the field, tour the locker room and meet some of your favorite Revolution players!

Members will receive an email each calendar year once the Revs Day on the Pitch and Road Supporter Trip dates have been announced. At that time, you may select your amenity on a first-come, first-served basis. You may select one amenity per seat on your Account. Q: What payment plans are available for Program Members?
A: There are two payment plans available – Monthly payment and Annual payment plans which ensure there is an option for all Members.

Q: How much do I owe as a deposit to secure my Membership?

  • Monthly – 12 equal payments starting in October of each year
    • Deposit – First monthly payment
    • If purchase in November or later, the first payment will be a lump sum payment based upon an October start date.
    • Monthly payments will be billed on or around the 15th of each month
  • Annual – 100% payment upon purchase and each October in subsequent years

Q: Why is the club moving to an auto-renewal model?
A: The club is moving to an auto-renewal model to provide fans with less hassle when it comes to renewing their tickets each year. This new model enables fans to pay over the course of 12 months. The auto-renewal model also ensures that fans have the flexibility to cancel at any time.

Q: How do I cancel my Membership?
A: You may cancel your Membership at any time by (i) completing the Cancellation Form available at or (ii) sending the Cancellation Form via U.S. Certified Mail, return receipt requested, to New England Revolution Ticketing, One Patriot Place, Foxboro, MA 02035. Q: If I choose to cancel, will I get a refund?
A: No refunds will be issued for terminating your Membership; however, any remaining balance on your Account may be applied toward the purchase of tickets to a Revolution home match(es) until no funds remain in your Account. Tickets must be purchased through the Revolution ticket office. If you choose to cancel, your Membership will end 29 days from the date you provide the New England Revolution with written notice by completing the Cancellation Form. If there is another payment date within the 29 day window, you will be charged.

Q: How will I be notified of changes to pricing and other changes to my Revolution Membership?
A: Any changes to pricing, or other material changes to your Membership benefits will be communicated via mail and/or email, to the mailing address and/or email address on file, on or before August 31st of each year.

Q: Can I transfer my Membership to a friend?
A: Your Membership is non-transferrable; however you can email your tickets through your online Account Manager to a friend.

Q: How do I transfer my tickets via email?
A: Account Manager enables you to transfer tickets to virtually anyone with an email address. The recipient will be able to print the transferred ticket(s).

Q: When will payments begin for future Revolution seasons?
A: Season pricing is based on an October start each year for the upcoming season. Your credit card in your Account will continue to be charged each month or year, depending on your payment plan selection. Membership rates for future seasons will be communicated by the Revolution to Members on or before August 31 of each year. The first payment or annual payment for each upcoming season will be charged on or around October 15 of each year.

Q: Do all Members need to agree to the Revolution Program Terms and Conditions?
A: Yes, all Season Members must agree to the Revolution Membership Program Terms and Conditions.

Q: Can I suspend my Membership?
A: No, your Membership cannot be suspended for any period of time. If a Member chooses to cancel his/her Membership for a period of time, he/she would then need to sign up for a new Membership.

Q: How can I pay for my Revolution Membership?
A: The club accepts VISA, MasterCard and American Express credit cards for Membership payments.

Q: When will my Membership welcome package be mailed to me?
A: The Membership welcome package, which includes your Member card(s), and parking pass will be mailed out prior to the Revolution home opener.

Q: What is the Revolution Member card?
A: The Revolution Member card is your digital ticket. Instead of bringing paper tickets to each home match, you now just have to scan your Member card to gain entry into Gillette Stadium.

Q: How many Member cards will I receive?
A: You will receive one Member card per seat on your Account. For example, if you have three (3) seats on your Member Account you will receive three (3) Member cards.

Q: Which matches are loaded on my Member card?
A: From season-to-season, all regular-season, stand-alone Revolution home matches will be loaded on your Member card.

Q: What other events are loaded on my Member card?
A: The annual Member Welcome Event (date to be announced) and Revs Day on the Pitch events if chosen (dates to be announced) are all loaded on your Member card. The club may announce future events including potential playoff matches that may also be loaded onto your Member card.

Q: Will I need to bring my Member card to every home match?
A: Yes, please bring your Member card to every home match, as this is your ticket to gain entry to Gillette Stadium.

Q: What if I forget to bring my Member card to a match?
A: The Membership Account holder may present valid photo ID at the Gillette Stadium Ticket Office to print the match tickets on paper ticket stock or mobile phone entry.

Q: If I want to give my tickets to a friend for a match, do I have to give them my Member card?
A: No, you do not have to give your Member card to a friend. To easily share your tickets you may use the free online ticket transfer service available via your online Account Manager.

Q: How do I take advantage of the Member ticket exchange program online? 
A: As a benefit of being a Member, you may exchange unused tickets for additional tickets to one or more games each season. You are permitted to exchange up to three (3) sets of game tickets during each season. By way of example, if you have two (2) seats on your Account, you may exchange a maximum of six (6) total tickets. To take advantage of this benefit, log in to Account Manager and exchange unused tickets from future games to one the remaining regular season games. 

Note: If you have unused tickets from a past game, you must call your service representative (1-877-GET-REVS) to facilitate the ticket exchange.

Q: What happens if I lose my Member card?
A: There will not be a replacement fee for the first lost card, but there may be a replacement fee for subsequent lost cards. If you have lost your card, please call 1-877-GET-REVS to speak to your service representative about replacing your Member card.

Q: How do I receive the 15% in-store Revolution ProShop discount?
A: Show your Member card at the Revolution ProShop to receive 15% off all purchases made at the Revolution ProShop at Gillette Stadium. This discount is also valid on Revolution game days. You must present your card to receive the in-store discount. The discount cannot be combined with any other offers and is only valid for Members in good standing. No exceptions will be made.

Q: How do I receive special discounts and offers from select Patriot Place retail and restaurant locations?
A: There are select Patriot Place retail and restaurant locations which offer special discounts and benefits to Revolution Program Members. Your Member card must be present at the time of purchase. Please click here to review the participating locations.

Q: How do I manage my tickets online via Account Manager?
A: You will need to enter your Account ID (found on your Member card) and password to log in to Account Manager.

Q: How do I reset my password for Account Manager?
A: You may reset your password by clicking the “Forgot Your Password?” link on the Account Manager log-in page. A new password will be emailed to you. Please contact your service representative, call 1-877-GET-REVS or email with any questions.

Q: How do I change my information in Account Manager?
A: You may update your personal information in Account Manager. However, you must contact New England Revolution Ticketing if you wish you change the credit card information in your Account.

Q: How do I print my tickets at home?
A: Account Manager enables you to print tickets at home up until kickoff. You need to log in to your Account, select the event and then print the tickets.

Q: How do I purchase add-on tickets to Revolution home matches online?
A: Account Manager enables you to purchase discounted add-on tickets, when available, to future Revolution home matches. Tickets can be purchased up until kickoff.

Q: How do I donate tickets to the New England Revolution Charitable Foundation?
A: Account Manager enables you to donate tickets to the New England Revolution Charitable Foundation (our own charitable foundation which uses the tickets via our various charitable partners). When donated, the foundation will automatically receive your ticket(s) which will be placed into their account. Tickets may be donated through Account Manager up to 48 hours prior to a match.
