FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – New England Revolution II has rescheduled two upcoming USL League One regular season matches. The match previously scheduled for Friday, August 6 match against North Carolina FC has been moved to Thursday, August 5 at 7:00 p.m. ET. Additionally, the Sept. 21 match against Forward Madison FC has been moved to Tuesday, Oct. 12 at 5:00 p.m. ET.

The Aug. 5 contest will mark the first meeting between New England and North Carolina after the latter made the move to League One from the USL Championship prior to the 2021 season. New England will face North Carolina twice this season, with the reverse fixture scheduled for Sept. 11 at 7:00 p.m. ET in Cary, N.C.

The Oct. 12 contest will now be New England’s final home match of the 2021 season and the second time Forward Madison will visit Gillette Stadium that month. Revolution II played Forward Madison twice this season, both on the road, with each team earning a victory.

New England’s complete 2021 USL League One schedule is available here. Revolution II, 5-7-1 (16 pts.) through the season’s first 13 games, returns to action on Friday, July 23 at 7:00 p.m. ET, hosting Toronto FC II at Gillette Stadium. The match will stream live on ESPN+.
