FOXBOROUGH, Mass. (August 2, 2026) – New England Revolution winger Jack Harrison has been granted a U.S. Green Card, making the England native eligible for his club debut at Saturday's home match vs. Houston Dynamo FC, a 4:30 p.m. start at Gillette Stadium. Harrison will now be classified as a domestic player on the Revolution's roster.
Harrison, the club's newest acquisition, joined the Revolution on July 25 from Leeds United and signed with New England as a Designated Player through the 2029-30 MLS season. The left-footed winger brings 11 years of professional experience in his native England, Italy, and the United States. Harrison has netted 54 goals and 50 assists over more than 375 appearances with Leeds United, Everton, Middlesbrough, Italy’s Fiorentina, and New York City FC, across all competitions.
Obtaining a Green Card designates an individual as a lawful permanent resident of the United States. Under Major League Soccer roster rules, Harrison will now be classified as a domestic player, providing the Revolution with additional roster flexibility given the limited number of international roster slots allotted to each club.
Harrison will look to make his New England debut in front of the Revolution faithful on Saturday, August 8, when the club welcomes Houston Dynamo FC for a 4:30 p.m. ET kickoff at Gillette Stadium.
