The Revolution Academy is an elite player development program that provides the region’s top youth players unprecedented access to the Revolution's pro player pathway including Major League Soccer (MLS), MLS NEXT Pro, and MLS NEXT. The Revolution Academy youth teams are entirely fully-funded, eliminating costly barriers to entry for players and their families. Tryout opportunities for our MLS NEXT Academy teams take place periodically. Future tryout dates will be announced soon.
Residency Program
Launched in 2019, the Academy Residency Program includes two residency homes located within walking distance of Gillette Stadium and the Revolution's Socios.com Training Center, allowing players to live full-time on-site as they continue their development in the Revolution's pro player pathway. Supervised by Academy staff, residency players benefit from their proximity to the Revolution's elite training environment as they take advantage of the Audi Performance Center located at the Academy Residency House and supplemental access to field and gym sessions. In addition to soccer responsibilities, residency players are enrolled in an online high school. Their progress is closely monitored by Academy staff.
