New England Revolution at Seattle Sounders FC

Saturday, August 10, 2019 | 4 p.m. ET

CenturyLink Field | Seattle, WA

Predicted Weather: Partly sunny | High 74 | Low 59

RECENT FORM VS. SEATTLE SOUNDERS FC

This will be the 14th overall meeting between the New England Revolution and Seattle Sounders, who joined MLS as an expansion side in 2009.

New England and Seattle have played to draws in two consecutive meetings going back to 2017. This includes last year's scoreless stalemate at Gillette Stadium, and also a wild 3-3 draw out in Seattle in two years ago. Dating back to 2012, the Revs are 2-1-4 against the Sounders, with their only loss in those seven meetings on the road in Seattle in 2015.

However, 2019 is a different year. The Revs are unbeaten in five straight road games (3-0-2) under sporting director and head coach Bruce Arena, and will look to extend that run to six when they play on the West Coast this weekend.

As the Revs look to bounce back from their first loss in three months with a response against Seattle, this will be a match that you won't want to miss.

Overall Record vs. Seattle: 5-4-4
Away Record vs. Seattle: 1-3-2

Last Meeting at Gillette Stadium: Revs 0, Sounders FC 0 (July 7, 2018)
Last Meeting at CenturyLink Field: Revs 3, Sounders FC 3 (April 29, 2017)

SHOW YOUR COLORS

Break out your new kit, “The Colonial!"

The Revs will be sporting their sleek secondary kits, which take inspiration from uniforms the colonial generals wore in the Revolutionary War.

These jerseys sport a white front with light blue sides and sleeves, and are tied together with navy blue trim. The light blue sides continue to cover the back of the jersey, topped near the neckline with the classic image of the Flag of New England.

You can own "The Colonial" by visiting the Gillette Stadium ProShop, or clicking HERE.
