RECENT FORM VS. PHILADELPHIA UNION

This will be the third and final meeting between the New England Revolution and Philadelphia Union this season, and the second time these teams will square off within a two-week period. The Union visited Gillette Stadium on August 11 when they took down the Revs in a 3-2 victory, and also defeated the Revs 2-0 in the season opener back on March 3 at Talen Energy Stadium.

All told the Union have won five of the last six regular-season meetings, including the last three in Philadelphia, all by shutout. Prior to the current stretch the Revs had won three straight times in the City of Brotherly Love between 2014 and 2015.

Philly currently sit in fifth place in the Eastern Conference standings on 33 points, which is four points ahead of the seventh place Revs. With a big six-point swing on the line and an opportunity for both sides to move up in the standings, Saturday’s matchup is crucial.

Overall Record vs. Philadelphia Union: 6-12-4
Away Record vs. Philadelphia Union: 3-7-2

Last Meeting: Union 3, Revs 2 (August 11, 2018 at Gillette Stadium)
Last Meeting at Talen Energy Stadium: Union 2, Revs 0 (March 3, 2018)
