RECENT FORM VS. D.C. UNITED
While this will be the 83rd all-time meeting between the New England Revolution and D.C. United in all competitions, it will be the first game the two teams play at Audi Field, D.C.’s new stadium that opened just last month.
New England and D.C. most recently met at Gillette Stadium in late June, when the Revs came out on top in a dramatic 3-2 victory. That snapped the Revs’ seven-game winless run in the regular-season series (0-4-3) which had dated back to 2015.
The Revs will now look to turn over a new leaf at Audi Field, as they lost on their final six trips to RFK Stadium, including a playoff encounter in 2015.
Overall Record vs. D.C. United: 27-33-12
Away Record vs. D.C. United: 9-23-4
Last Meeting: Revs 3, D.C. United 2 (June 30, 2018 at Gillette Stadium)
