Revolution Announce 2018 Preseason Schedule

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – The New England Revolution’s preseason will begin on Monday, Jan. 22, 2018 as the team returns to Gillette Stadium to commence training for the 2018 Major League Soccer season. The Revolution will then make trips to IMG Academy in Bradenton, Fla. for a series of friendlies and Tucson, Ariz. for the Mobile Mini Sun Cup, formerly known as the Desert Diamond Cup.

Following an initial week of physical examinations and training in Foxborough, the Revolution will travel to IMG Academy on Friday, Jan. 26 for the first leg of preseason competition. The club is scheduled to participate in three exhibition matches during this trip: Jan. 31 against an MLS opponent to be announced, Feb. 3 vs. Swedish side Malmö FF (2:30 p.m. ET), and Feb. 6 vs. USL club FC Cincinnati (3:30 p.m. ET). The Revolution will return to Foxborough on Wednesday, Feb. 7.

After a brief stint back in New England, the Revolution will travel to Tucson, Ariz. on Feb. 11 for four matches in the Mobile Mini Sun Cup preseason tournament. In Tucson, the Revs will face FC Dallas on Feb. 14, FC Tucson on Feb. 17, Sporting Kansas City on Feb. 21, and a fourth opponent to be determined on Feb. 24. The match against Sporting Kansas City will be an ungated event, while all other contests in Tucson will be ticketed.
