Development Academy Finals Week - Thursday, July 18

Thursday was the third game day of Finals Week for the Revolution Under-18 team, and the players and staff had the routine down.
Breakfast and lunch were served in the dining hall at the dorms, and treatments were available early afternoon. A player meeting was also called by U.S. Soccer early in the day.
After a pregame meal, the group met up again around 7 p.m. and took the bus over to Houston Amateur Sports Park shortly after. With no lightning delays tonight, the Revs were able to get a full warm-up in for the first time this week.
The Revs suffered their third consecutive Finals Week loss, going 3-1 against St. Louis Scott Gallagher Missouri. For more, a game recap is available on revolutionsoccer.net
A postgame meal was served back at the dorms and the players then took ice baths before returning to their rooms for the night.
With a rest day tomorrow, the Under-18s will play their placement game – vying for seventh place overall – against Seattle Sounders FC on Saturday, July 20, at 11 a.m. ET.
