BOSTON and FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – The New England Revolution and CBS RADIO Boston today announced a multiple-year agreement that makes “98.5 The Sports Hub” (WBZ-FM) the new home for the Revolution on the radio dial. Beginning on Saturday, March 27, when the Revolution travel to face the LA Galaxy, “98.5 The Sports Hub” will broadcast all 30 of the team’s regular-season matches.


98.5 The Sports Hub is also the flagship station of the New England Patriots and the Boston Bruins. The Sports Hub features a wide assortment of sports talk and play-by-play programming showcasing top Boston sports personalities including Toucher and Rich during the morning drive, Gary Tanguay and Scott Zolak from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Michael Felger and Tony Massarotti from 2 p.m to 6 p.m., and Damon Amendolara from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Veteran soccer broadcaster Brad Feldman returns for his 10th season with the Revolution and will handle play-by-play duties on The Sports Hub. He will be joined in the booth by Revolution legend and Longmeadow, Mass., product Jay Heaps, who begins his first season as color analyst after retiring from the Revolution in December following a stellar 11-year MLS career. Jason Dvorkin returns as the broadcast’s executive producer.


The Revolution is scheduled to open the 2010 season on the road against the LA Galaxy on Saturday, March 27, at The Home Depot Center in Carson, Calif. The Revs are set to open their 2010 home slate on Saturday, April 10, when they host Toronto FC. Visit revolutionsoccer.net for more information.
