FOXBOROUGH, Mass. (September 17, 2026) – New England Revolution defender Peyton Miller and midfielder Brooklyn Raines have been selected for international duty by the United States Men’s National Team for the upcoming September/October FIFA window. Miller and Raines earn their first senior call-ups and will join the Stars and Stripes for a series of friendly matches against Peru (Sept. 26, 4:30 p.m. ET), Chile (Sept. 29, 8:00 p.m. ET), Mexico (Oct. 3, 9:00 p.m. ET), and Canada (Oct. 6, 8:00 p.m. ET).

Both Miller and Raines collect their first selections to the United States senior team after featuring extensively at the youth levels. This past June, Miller and Raines were both called up by the United States Under-21 National Team for its training camp in Slovenia. The duo also featured together for the United States Under-20 National Team during the 2025 FIFA U-20 World Cup in Chile, where they played under current New England Head Coach Marko Mitrović and helped the Stars and Stripes reach the Quarterfinal Round.

Miller, the youngest player in Revolution history to sign an MLS contract, is enjoying a standout season in his third campaign with New England. Over 23 appearances, including 17 matches started, Miller has tallied five goals and distributed four assists. During last weekend’s 2-1 victory at Chicago, the 18-year-old delivered the winning goal and became the fourth player in MLS history to start 50 regular season matches before the age of 19. Over parts of three MLS campaigns, Miller has logged seven goals and seven assists across 59 appearances, 50 of them starts.

On the international stage, Miller has recorded over 20 international caps at various age levels, including appearances at the 2023 FIFA U-17 World Cup in Indonesia and the 2025 FIFA U-20 World Cup. Miller suited up for his most recent appearance on June 5, playing all 90 minutes for the Under-21s in a 3-1 win over Ukraine. 

Raines joined the Revolution last December after spending his first four MLS seasons with Houston Dynamo FC. In his debut campaign with New England, Raines has scored one goal and logged two assists over 23 appearances, all starts. The 21-year-old owns 68 total MLS appearances, including 50 starts, between Houston and New England. Raines (No. 21) and Miller (No. 7) are two of three Revolution players to appear in the 2025 MLS 22 Under 22 list, along with defender Ilay Feingold (No. 17). 

Raines has recorded 26 international caps across various youth levels. He donned the captain's armband for the United States Under-21 team in a pair of friendlies against Serbia and Denmark last November. Raines also logged 18 caps at the U-20 level, including appearances at the 2024 Concacaf U-20 Championship and the 2025 FIFA U-20 World Cup, where he tallied one goal and one assist, scoring in a 3-0 win over France.

New England returns to Foxborough this weekend for its lone home match of September, hosting Orlando City SC on Saturday night.
