TEAM NOTES
- New England will look to set a new club record tonight by extending their seven-game road unbeaten streak (4-0-3), which is tied for the longest in Revolution history (2003 & 2019).
- The Revolution and Timbers have played to five straight draws, most recently a 2-2 stalemate at Providence Park to open the 2022 MLS campaign.
- Entering the weekend, the Revolution had allowed 21 goals, third fewest in MLS.
- New England scored three goals in the final 32 minutes plus stoppage time in their last match against Colorado.

- Head Coach Caleb Porter coaches his first game in Portland on the visiting bench as he makes his return to Providence Park for the first time since departing the club in 2017 after five seasons.
- In 200 games with Portland, Porter collected an 84-60-56 coaching record and led the Timbers to the 2015 MLS Cup title, plus two first-place Western Conference finishes.

- M Carles Gil notched the 12th goal-and-assist performance of his MLS career in last week's 3-3 draw vs. Colorado.

- GK Aljaž Ivačič returns to Portland to face his former club for the first time, having spent parts of five years with the Timbers (2019-23).
- With Portland, Ivačič led MLS (112) in saves in 2022 and was voted the Timbers Supporters' MVP.
- Ivačič's seven clean sheets are a new career high, while his 74.6 save percentage ranks fifth in MLS.

- D Tanner Beason is set to make the 100th start of his MLS regular season career.
- Beason provided the game-tying assist in last week's 3-3 draw vs. Colorado, his first helper for New England.
- Since Beason stepped into a starting role on April 12, New England owns a 5-2-5 record with six clean sheets over its last 12 matches.
- Beason ranks second in MLS with 22 blocked shots this season.

- M Matt Polster makes his 150th MLS appearance for New England tonight, his 15th start of the season.
- M Alhassan Yusuf makes his 19th start of the season. Last Saturday against Colorado, the Nigerian logged three key passes, tying his MLS single-game high.
- F Leo Campana earns a second straight start after returning from a four-match injury absence. Since the start of 2022, Campana (30), Sam Surridge (30), and Lionel Messi (32) are the only MLS players with at least 30 goals scored in fewer than 5,500 minutes played.
- D Brayan Ceballos tallied his first MLS goal on June 25 against Nashville. The Colombian (92) is approaching 100 clearances on the season.
- D Peyton Miller is set to make his 25th Revolution start across all competitions, also his 25th MLS appearance. The 17-year-old has tallied one goal and one assist this season.
- F/W Luca Langoni starts in his third consecutive appearance. The Argentine recorded two shots, one on target, in 50 minutes last Saturday.
- D Mamadou Fofana, the team leader with 96 clearances, returns to the starting lineup for his 18th start of the year.
- D Brandon Bye slots in for his sixth start of the season while Ilay Feingold contends with an ankle injury.
- F Maxi Urruti is back in Portland to face his former club for the 15th time since departing after winning MLS Cup in 2015. Urruti, who scored a dramatic equalizer in the comeback against Colorado, owns one goal and two assists in his career against the Timbers.

- Revolution Head Coach Caleb Porter was head coach of the Portland Timbers from 2013-17, leading the club to its first MLS Cup in 2015 and two top finishes in the Western Conference.
- Revolution Assistant Coach Pablo Moreira served under Porter with the Portland Timbers from 2013-17, while Revolution Assistant Coach Blair Gavin played for Portland Timbers 2 in 2015.
- Revolution goalkeeper Aljaž Ivačič played for Portland Timbers FC from 2019-2023 earning 2022 Timbers Supporters' MVP honors with his league-leading 112 saves.
- Revolution forward Maxi Urruti spent three seasons with Portland from 2013-15, winning the 2015 MLS Cup title.
- Urruti played at Houston Dynamo FC with Timbers forward Ariel Lassiter in 2021.
- Lassiter and Portland defender Kamal Miller played at Inter Miami CF with Revolution forward Leo Campana from 2022-23.
