RECENT FORM VS. PHILADELPHIA UNION

This will be the 35th meeting between the New England Revolution and Philadelphia Union in all competitions, as well as the second of three meetings in the 2021 regular season.

These two sides met back in May at Subaru Park, where they played to a 1-1 draw. New England’s Teal Bunbury opened the scoring with a go-ahead goal in the 85th minute, assisted by both DeJuan Jones and Gustavo Bou. However, Philadelphia’s Kacper Przybylko netted the equalizer on an unassisted header four minutes later to send both sides home with one point apiece.

Philadelphia will come to New England off a commanding 3-0 home win over Toronto FC, and have lost just one game in their last six (2-1-3). The Union sit at third place in the East going 7-4-7. Meanwhile the Revs sit at No. 1 in the East and league, going 11-3-4 through the same stretch.

The Revs are coming off a scoreless home draw against Nashville SC. The Supporters' Shield leaders are on a five-game unbeaten run (4-0-1) and are looking to continue their reign atop the league with this six-point swing.

Overall Record vs. Philadelphia: 6-17-7
Home Record vs. Philadelphia: 3-6-4

HE(ART) & SOUL AUCTION

The New England Revolution has teamed up with Boston Art & Music Soul (BAMS) Fest for HeART & Soul. Local BAMS Fest affiliated artists collaborated with Revs players to design hand-painted soccer balls based off hobbies, interests, causes and more. The soccer balls will be displayed in Fan Zone prior to the match. The auction is live and will run through August 13 with all proceeds to benefit BAMS Fest.

SHOW YOUR COLORS

The Revs will be sporting "The Original," New England's primary kit designed as a nod to the club's original 1996 look. The sleek white stripe across the jersey echoes the angled stripes across the '96 kit, while the blue top is complemented by red shorts similar to those worn by the Revolution's first-ever squad.
