REVOLUTION PREGAME LIVE
Elizabeth Pehota and Jeff Lemieux will break down all the storylines and starting XIs on Revolution Pregame Live, available live at 5:15 p.m. ET ahead of Saturday evening's clash at the New York Red Bulls on the Revolution’s official Facebook and YouTube channels, as well as www.revolutionsoccer.net.
RECENT FORM VS. NEW YORK RED BULLS
Saturday evening's showdown at Red Bull Arena will be the 79th regular-season meeting - and 91st in all competitions - between the New England Revolution and New York Red Bulls, whose rivalry goes all the way back to MLS' inaugural 1996 season.
New England is 4-1-2 in seven meetings with RBNY in all competitions since the start of 2019. This run is highlighted most recently by the Revs' pair of home wins over the Red Bulls this season, with a 3-1 victory in May and a 3-2 triumph in June.
In regular-season play, home-field advantage has historically played a large role in recent years as the Revs have won seven of the last nine meetings (7-1-1) in Foxborough, while the Red Bulls have been triumphant in 10 of the 12 matchups at Red Bull Arena (0-10-2).
The Red Bulls are ninth in the East on a three-game winless run, coming off a tough 1-0 loss to D.C. United. Head coach Gerhard Struber said postgame the group lost and he couldn’t say they deserved more. In the Red Bulls' last six games, the team has only had one win, going 1-2-3.
Meanwhile, New England claimed the No. 1 spot atop the Supporters' Shield standings on Sunday night, leapfrogging the Seattle Sounders after the Revs’ 2-1 victory over CF Montréal. The win improved the Revs to 10-3-3 as they secured a three-game winning streak, taking a full nine points through a hectic three-game week.
As the Revs look to stay atop the league standings and extend their winning streak to four games, this will be a must-see competition.
Overall Record vs. Red Bulls: 33-28-17

Last meeting at Gillette Stadium: Revs 3, Red Bulls 2 (June 23, 2021)

AMERICANA PREMATCH JERSEYS
The Revs will be sporting their 'Americana' prematch jerseys one last time during warmups before the final game that is in the month of July.
