Leagues Cup 2023 primetime kickoff times announced for group stage matches

NEW YORK AND MEXICO CITY – Kickoff times have been announced for the inaugural Leagues Cup 2023, the official Concacaf competition where 47 clubs – all 18 from LIGA MX and 29 from MLS – will play in a World Cup-style tournament that will qualify three clubs for the 2024 Concacaf Champions League. The New England Revolution’s group stage matches on July 22 and July 26 will both kick off at 7:30 p.m. ET. All 77 matches stream live on MLS Season Pass on the Apple TV app in over 100 countries and regions, with start times between 7 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. ET.

New England opens the highly anticipated tournament on the road against the New York Red Bulls on Saturday, July 22 at Red Bull Arena, before hosting LIGA MX side Club Atlético de San Luis on Wednesday, July 26 at Gillette Stadium. Revolution Season Members already have their tickets to the July 26 home match vs. Atlético de San Luis included in their full-season membership plans. Single-game tickets for the July 26 Leagues Cup 2023 contest and all Revolution home matches, including this Saturday’s MLS meeting between the first-place Revolution and second-place FC Cincinnati on April 29, are available now on Revolutionsoccer.net.

The Group Stage kicks off on July 21 and runs through July 31. Advancing teams will compete in the single-game elimination Knockout Rounds, beginning with the Round of 32 on August 2-4 (16 matches), followed by the Round of 16 on August 6-8 (eight matches). The eight advancing teams will compete in the Quarterfinals from August 11-12 (four matches) before the two Semifinal matches on August 15. The Leagues Cup 2023 Final and third-place game will be played on Saturday, August 19 and determine the three clubs that will qualify for the 2024 Concacaf Champions League.

Fans in over 100 countries and regions will be able to watch Leagues Cup* on MLS Season Pass on the Apple TV app, which is available on Apple devices, smart TVs, streaming devices from Roku, Amazon, and Google, game consoles, and the web at tv.apple.com. In addition, TelevisaUnivision, FOX Sports, TSN and RDS will be the linear broadcast home for 15 group stage matches in the United States and Canada.
