NEW ENGLAND NIGHT


The Revolution will host the first-ever New England Night against Seattle Sounders FC, celebrating the unity of the six states that make up the region. Stop by FanZone for special New England themed activities, including a chance to see the LL Bean Bootmobile on display (representing Maine), a photo-op with the militiamen, and scratch-off lottery tickets to win prizes. Additionally, the #NERevsTunes pre-match playlist will feature special New England songs that includes artists from the region or songs about New England area.



RECENT FORM VS. SEATTLE SOUNDERS FC


This will be the 13th overall meeting between the New England Revolution and Seattle Sounders FC, which joined MLS as an expansion side in 2009.


New England and Seattle most recently met at CenturyLink Field in April of last season, when the two teams battled to a wild 3-3 draw. Dating back to 2012 the Revs are 2-1-3 against the Sounders, including victories in the last two meetings at Gillette Stadium. With the Sounders coming to town on the back of a two-game trip, the Revs will be hoping to capitalize in the midst of a crucial home stretch.

The Revs will be sporting their sleek primary kits, which take inspiration from the Boston Minutemen, a North American Soccer League club that played in Foxboro's Schaefer Stadium in 1976.

DRIVE SERIES


WHAT

The New England Revolution Charitable Foundation will be collecting gently used soccer equipment such as cleats, shin guards, soccer balls, and goalkeeper gloves at the stadium on Saturday to benefit Cultural Exchange Through Soccer.


Cultural Exchange Through Soccer uses the global game of soccer to unify diverse communities in Worcester in a common pursuit of collective empowerment.

Donations will be accepted between 6 p.m. and 7:45 p.m.


GIVEAWAY
Fans who make a donation will receive a New England Revolution Charitable Foundation pennant, while 10 lucky fans will receive pennants autographed by the Revolution’s leading goal scorer, Teal Bunbury.
