RECENT FORM VS. SAN JOSE EARTHQUAKES

New England and San Jose will be meeting for the 42nd time on Wednesday night, a series history that spans two different iterations of the California club from 1996-2005 and 2008-present.

These sides have played to pair of scoreless draws the past two years – at Gillette Stadium in April 2017 and in the Revs’ only previous visit to Avaya Stadium in August 2016 – as part of a five-game unbeaten run for New England in the series (3-0-2).

This will be the final regular-season match for both teams before breaking for the group stage of the FIFA World Cup, so both will be eager to head into that break on a positive note.
