Before the Academy: Most recently played with FC Massachusetts while he also played with Western United and the Junior Pioneers when he was younger.
Personal: He is the son of Jason Michael and Meredith Joy Blackburn and he has three younger siblings, Cody, Caliana and Cora. He supports Real Madrid and the New England Revolution while he names Xabi Alonso and Marcelo among his favorite professional soccer players. He follows the New England Patriots and the Boston Celtics while he also played basketball and baseball growing up and enjoys fishing and reading in his spare time. Earned honors or high honors every semester throughout middle school and received an Honorable Mention in C-SPAN’s Student Cam 2015 documentary competition. His mother, Meredith, played tennis collegiately at Holyoke Community College, where in 1995 the team qualified for the National Playoffs in Texas.
