Brad Knighton recently wrapped up a 16-year professional playing career and took up a role as head coach of the New England Revolution Academy's Under-17 team, currently at IMG Academy in Bradenton, Fla., for the 2023 Generation adidas Cup. Knighton joined host DJ Bean on The Soccer Show this week to discuss his transition into coaching, how youth soccer has evolved over the years, and the Revolution's increasingly effective Pro Player Pathway.

Bean was also joined by Revolution analyst Charlie Davies to break down Chelsea's move to sack Graham Potter and Lionel Messi's future, while play-by-play man Brad Feldman previewed tonight's meeting between the Revs and CF Montréal at Gillette Stadium.
