Soccer Saturday | Check out the full slate of live New England Revolution content

DL - Saturday Schedule May 16

While much of the soccer world eagerly anticipates the return of the German Bundesliga on Saturday morning – with five games scheduled for 9:30 a.m. ET and a sixth at 12:30 p.m. ET – there will be plenty of New England Revolution content to satisfy your soccer fix in the afternoon and into the evening.

Here’s what the Revs have on tap for Saturday:

3 p.m.
EA SPORTS FIFA 20 Simulation: Revs vs. Columbus Crew SC
Streaming live on Twitter, YouTube, and Facebook

It would’ve been a gorgeous day for soccer at Gillette Stadium, but instead the scheduled Revs-Crew SC match will take place virtually on FIFA 20. New England will be looking to stay unbeaten in Fakesborough, as they’re currently 4-0-2 in six home simulations.

4:15 p.m.
eMLS Match: JKO (Revolution) vs. Crew96Skamzz (Crew SC)
Streaming live on Twitch

We’ll have more FIFA 20 action coming your way immediately after the simulation ends, and it’ll feature some live competition as the Revolution’s official eMLS competitor, John Oliveira, takes on Crew SC’s own Graham Ellix.

6:30 p.m.
Instagram Live with Diego Fagundez and Kelyn Rowe
Streaming on Instagram Live

Diego Fagundez and Kelyn Rowe both had one goal and two assists in the Revolution’s famous 5-0 win over the LA Galaxy on June 2, 2013, and they’ll both join Jeff Lemieux on Instagram Live to talk about that match ahead of the NBC Sports Boston encore.

7 p.m.
Encore presentation of Revs’ 5-0 win over LA Galaxy on June 2, 2013
Watch live on NBC Sports Boston

When the IG Live ends, NBCSB’s broadcast begins as Revolution fans will get to relive their side’s remarkable victory over the defending champions. It’s the match that prompted play-by-play man Arlo White to proclaim “A star is born at Gillette Stadium,” as an 18-year-old Fagundez arrived with a bang.
