Read all about it! Get your headlines here! Exciting week for the boys:

Big news this week is that the Revolution have re-signed goalkeeper Bobby Shuttleworth. This is his seventh season with the team. Way to go Bobby!

Lee Nguyen’s road to the Revolution has not been direct. From playing in Europe to Vietnam Nguyen is quite the world traveler. He spoke in detail to The Bent Musket about his time overseas, return home and quest to play for the USMNT.

The Revolution are coming off their second bye week this month. While many are quick to rue the break, as it cuts up a hot streak, Jermaine Jones sees it as another opportunity to recharge. “It comes to the right moment right now that we have the bye, the weeks off. For me, I can get back in fitness and do a lot in training.” Jones is also eyeing a return to the USMNT for their friendly against Brazil, conveniently held at Gillette Stadium.

Oh Power Rankings, riddle me this. How are the Revolution ranked number six by ESPN and a cool number 13 by MLS Soccer? Figure it out, you guys.

New Coffield’s Corner is out! I sit down with Steve Neumann, an absolute gem. Hey Georgetown soccer boys; any of you have video evidence of Steve singing freshman year? Let a girl know.

This weekend the Revs are back in Philadelphia as they take on the Union. This is the second meeting between the teams this season and for the second time it’s an away game for the Revs. Teal Bunbury scored the game winner in their first matchup this past April.

That’s all for now!
