RECENT FORM VS. FC DALLAS

The Revs and FC Dallas have not met since March 2019, when the Revs opened the campaign on the road with a come-from-behind 1-1 draw at Toyota Stadium. This single goal was the first-ever goal of Carles Gil's Revolution career, and this milestone with the squad set the tone for him to ultimately win MLS Newcomer of the Year at the end of the 2019 season.

The Revs are winless in their last nine visits to Toyota Stadium (0-7-2), including the 2016 U.S. Open Cup final. While recent history has leaned in FCD's favor, New England still have a winning record all-time (11-10-3) on the road in Dallas.

However, it's been more than two years since these two teams have played one another, and a lot has changed. This will be the first time these two sides will square off while the Revs have been under the leadership of head coach Bruce Arena. It will also be the Revolution's only Western Conference away game of the regular season.

FC Dallas is winless in six games (0-3-3) and sits at the bottom of the Western Conference with seven points through nine games (1-4-4). Meanwhile, the Revs continue their reign atop the Eastern Conference (7-1-2), are on a five-game winning streak and with their most recent home win over the New York Red Bulls, made history by beginning a season 5-0-0 at Gillette Stadium for the first time. As the Revs look to continue their momentum and secure their first road victory at FC Dallas since 2008, this will be a game you don't want to miss.

Overall Record vs. FC Dallas: 23-18-4
Away Record vs. FC Dallas: 11-10-3

Last meeting at Gillette Stadium: FC Dallas 1, Revs 0 (April 14, 2018)
Last meeting at Toyota Stadium: Revs 1, FC Dallas 1 (March 2, 2019)

SHOW YOUR COLORS

MATCHDAY GUIDE | New England Revolution at FC Dallas | June 27, 2021 -

On Sunday night the Revs will be sporting "The Original," New England's primary kit designed as a nod to the club's original 1996 look. The sleek white stripe across the jersey echoes the angled stripes across the '96 kit, while the blue top is complemented by red shorts similar to those worn by the Revolution's first-ever squad.

You can own "The Original" by picking one up at the Gillette Stadium ProShop, or by ordering online HERE.
