RECENT FORM VS. NASHVILLE SC

When the New England Revolution and Nashville SC square off on Wednesday evening, it will be their second and final meeting in the 2021 regular season, and only the fourth match in the opponents' brief history since Nashville SC joined MLS as an expansion side in 2020.

In their first meeting this year, Nashville SC took down the Revs, 2-0, at Nissan Stadium. It's one of only three losses that New England have suffered this year, and they will look to extract revenge against Nashville while defending their home field on Wednesday.

Nashville SC occupies third place in the East going 6-1-9 through 16 games (27 points), sitting two places behind the Supporters' Shield-leading Revolution with an 11-3-3 record (36 points). Nashville are unbeaten at home (6-0-5), but with 11 games played at Nissan Stadium, they haven’t been tested regularly on the road.

The visitors will enter Gillette Stadium on an eight-game unbeaten run (4-0-4), while the hosts ride the momentum of their four-game winning streak.

The Revs will look to secure their first-ever win over Nashville SC on Wednesday and continue their reign atop the league in a classic six-point showdown.

Overall Record vs. Nashville: 0-1-2
Home Record vs. Nashville: 0-0-1

Last Meeting at Gillette Stadium: Revs 0, Nashville 0 (October 3, 2020)
Last Meeting at Nissan Stadium: Nashville 2, Revs 0 (May 8, 2021)

CAMO PRE-MATCH JERSEY

The Camo jersey is a tribute to sacrifice. Revolution players wear this adidas pre-match jersey to share their appreciation for the U.S. Armed Forces with a sleek camouflage design that makes a statement. While these jerseys will not be worn during on-field warm ups, each player will have their very own, and you can too by purchasing at the Gillette Stadium Pro Shop. Hurry though! These tops will go quickly and have already sold out online.

HE(ART) & SOUL AUCTION

The New England Revolution has teamed up with Boston Art & Music Soul (BAMS) Fest for HeART & Soul. Local BAMS Fest affiliated artists collaborated with Revs players to design hand-painted soccer balls based off hobbies, interests, causes and more. The soccer balls will be displayed in Fan Zone prior to the match. The auction is live and will run through August 9 with all proceeds to benefit BAMS Fest.

SHOW YOUR COLORS

The Revs will be sporting "The Original," New England's primary kit designed as a nod to the club's original 1996 look. The sleek white stripe across the jersey echoes the angled stripes across the '96 kit, while the blue top is complemented by red shorts similar to those worn by the Revolution's first-ever squad.
