Happy Fall Junior Revs!

I hope your summer has been as action-packed as mine! We finished up Leagues Cup and restarted our quest for MLS Cup! Our match on Aug. 3 against Atlas FC ended in a penalty shootout, which we won 8-7! That match was intense, but your support helped carry us to victory! We then returned home on Aug. 30 against the New York Red Bulls, who we beat 1-0. This was also Mascot Night, so a bunch of my friends from the New England area visited Gillette Stadium. Lucky, Cuppy, Paws, Blades, and many others joined me in a soccer game at halftime. We all had such a great time and I hope you enjoyed seeing us too.

September is jam-packed with matches for our team! In terms of home matches, we play on September 2 against Austin FC and Sept. 30 against Charlotte FC. We play away matches against Minnesota United FC on Sept. 9, Colorado Rapids on Sept. 16, and Chicago Fire FC on Sept. 23. These matches are super important since we are close to clinching a spot in the MLS Cup Playoffs!

Although the MLS Secondary Transfer Window closed earlier this month, we still made an exciting signing! We signed Tomáš Vaclík, a Czech goalkeeper who has played soccer for 16 years in Spain, Switzerland, Greece, and other European countries. He will be under contract through the 2024 season, with a club option to extend until 2025.
