With the Revs trailing 2-1 in the 52nd minute, Montreal midfielder Justin Mapp was played in alone behind the New England defense. However, Shuttleworth was able to get into good position in the center of his penalty area, forcing Mapp to try and hit a left-footed shot to the far post, which Shuttleworth was able to block away with his foot, keeping the Revolution deficit at just a single goal. | WATCH SHUTTLEWORTH’S SAVE
That save proved prove to be crucial as the Revs equalized 17 minutes later through Lee Nguyen and earned a 2-2 draw, which clinched New England a berth in the 2014 MLS Cup Playoffs.
