A: The pass is supported by iPhones and Android phones. The Revolution app must also be downloaded for use of the Single-Game College Mobile Pass.
Q: Can I use an iPod touch?
A: No, we only support iPhones and Android phones, not iPods.
Q: Why do I need to use an iPhone or Android phone?
A: The Revolution Single-Game College Mobile Pass is a mobile-only program. There are no printed tickets.
Admission to Gillette Stadium and seat assignments will be managed through the app.
Q: Can I purchase the pass if I don't have an iPhone or Android phone?
A: Not at this time. You will be unable to enter Gillette Stadium.
Q: Are Revolution Single-Game College Mobile Pass tickets refundable?
A: We're sorry, but all Revolution College Mobile Pass purchases are non-refundable.
Q: Which games are included with my 2017 Revolution Single-Game College Mobile Pass?
A: Your 2017 Single-Game College Mobile Pass will only be active for the individual game(s) you that you purchased.
Q: Do I have to be currently enrolled in college to purchase the College Pass?
A: Yes, the account holder and all guests must be enrolled in an accredited college, university or community college in New England.
Q: How do I prove that I am currently enrolled in college?
A: The account holder will be required provide proof of student enrollment after the purchase of the pass.
ENTERING GILLETTE STADIUM:
Q: How do I get into Gillette Stadium with my Revolution Single-Game College Mobile Pass?
A: Your ticket for all games can be found in the Revolution app. Download here. You will be alerted when you can update your account on the College Pass section in the app menu. You will then log in with the email address you used to purchase the College Pass and your mobile phone number. This will provide you with a digital barcode that you can use to scan in for admission into Gillette Stadium.
Q: Am I allowed to enter Gillette Stadium before I receive my seat location for that game?
A: No, you must accept your seat location prior to getting your barcode scanned at Gillette Stadium gates.
Q: How does my guest scan in?
A: All barcodes will be on one device inside the Revolution app. If you have a group of two, for example, both barcodes can be scanned from one device. You and your guest will need to arrive at Gillette Stadium together.
PASS SEAT LOCATIONS:
Q: How do I get my seat location?
You will receive a text message prior to each game with a link to accept your seat location(s) in the Revolution app. If you purchased two passes, for example, both seats will be located next to each other.
Q: Am I guaranteed a seat location with the Single-Game College Mobile Pass?
A: Yes, you are guaranteed a seat for the game(s) you purchased. During the week leading up to the game your College Mobile Pass will be updated for you to accept your seat location through the Revolution app. Your seat will usually be in section 140, but the section and seat location may change from game to game.
Q: What if I lose the text message with my pass?
A: If you can't access your Revolution College Mobile Pass via text message, simply access the Revolution app and tap on the College Pass section in the menu. Additionally, you can email questions to email@example.com at any time to receive a timely support response.
Q: What do I do if I need ADA seating?
A: We're happy to accommodate you. Please call 1-877-GET-REVS prior to the game or go to the Guest Service Booth behind section 109 to inform them that you need ADA seats for your Revolution College Mobile Pass.
Q: Can I sell my pass for games that I do not attend?
A: No, passes are non-transferable.
Q: Can I share my pass with someone else?
A: Passes cannot be shared. Admission to Gillette Stadium and seat assignments will be managed through the Revolution app on your mobile device.
