FOXBOROUGH, Mass. - The New England Revolution’s third collection in the 2014 Charitable Drive series is set for Saturday, August 23, when Revs fans are asked to donate new school supplies at the team’s 7:30 p.m. match against Chivas USA at Gillette Stadium.

Notebooks, folders, pencils, pens, binders and other school supplies will be collected and will benefit Boston’s Cradles to Crayons. Cradles to Crayons provides children up to the age of 12, living in homeless or low-income situations, with the essential items they need to thrive.

Donations will be accepted starting at 5:30 p.m., and end at approximately 7:45 p.m. Collection bins will be set up in NRG Plaza and Bank of America Plaza.

Fans who make a donation on Saturday will receive an autographed Revolution player card.
