Luis goes to the White House

Luis Soffner spent his recent off day a little differently than the rest of his New England Revolution teammates.

Soffner hopped on a flight to Washington, D.C., on Monday morning to meet up with other members of the 2012 national champion Indiana University men's soccer team. The Hoosiers, along with 18 other NCAA Division I National Championship teams from 2012-2013, were honored by President Barack Obama as part of a ceremony at the White House.

After a tour of the White House, Soffner had the chance to introduce himself to President Obama and shake his hand before taking an official White House photo.

Photos and video from the ceremony are available HERE on Indiana University's official athletics website.
