BURLINGTON, Mass. – “State of the Revs,” Comcast SportsNet New England’s 30-minute season preview show surrounding the New England Revolution, will air on Saturday, March 10, at 7:30 p.m., just prior to the Revs season opener later that night.
Hosted by Comcast SportsNet anchor/reporter Kevin Walsh, the “State of the Revs” season preview looks ahead to the team’s 2012 campaign, the club’s off-season changes and the new faces to look for as the season approaches.
The “State of the Revs” season preview special will include:
· A behind-the-scenes introduction to members of the Revs squad given by defender A.J. Soares
· A one-on-one interview with new Revs head coach Jay Heaps
· A sit-down discussion with the club’s new President, Brian Bilello
· In-depth analysis of the season, including a look at the team’s new impact players, with Revolution play-by-play announcer Brad Feldman and color analyst Jeff Causey
The “State of the Revs” season preview will re-air on Comcast SportsNet during the following timeslots: Sunday, March 11 at 12:30 a.m.; Monday, March 12 at 8:30 p.m.; Friday, March 16 at 8 p.m.; Sunday, March 18 at 12:30 a.m.; and Sunday, March 18 at 1:30 p.m.
The Revolution opens the 2012 season on Saturday, March 10, on the road against the San Jose Earthquakes at Buck Shaw Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif. Kickoff is set for 10:30 p.m. ET, with the matchup being televised by Comcast SportsNet New England and available via radio on 98.5 The Sports Hub.
