Now in his second go-round in MLS after Vancouver Whitecaps FC drafted him in the third round of the 2011 MLS SuperDraft … he spent one season in Vancouver – making four appearances – before moving to USL-PRO side Harrisburg City Islanders for the 2012 season … trained with the Revs during the fall of 2012 and into the 2013 preseason before officially signing with the Revs on Feb. 11, 2013 … a tall, quick defender who can play anywhere across the back, but is more comfortable on the right side of the line … technical and smart … can get forward on set pieces if needed … fluent in Spanish … Twitter: @BilalDuckett.

2012: Played the 2012 season with the Harrisburg City Islanders (USL PRO). Made 16 appearances, all along the back line. Helped the team advance to the quarterfinals of the U.S. Open Cup with victories over the Long Island Rough Riders, the New England Revolution and New York Red Bulls. The team advanced to the USL PRO playoffs, but fell to the Charleston Battery in the first round.

2011: Drafted by Vancouver Whitecaps FC in the third round (37th overall) of the 2011 MLS SuperDraft. Made four appearances, starting two. Played 226 minutes. Made his debut starting at Chivas USA (June 1). He appeared in one (1) game for Vancouver Whitecaps FC Under-23 team.
