Q: When will my Season Member package be mailed to me?
A: The 2018 season member package, which includes your season member card(s), parking pass and member jacket will be mailed out prior 7-10 business days after the purchase date.
Q: What is the Revolution season member card?
A: The Revolution season member card is your digital season ticket. Instead of bringing paper tickets to each home match, you now just have to scan your season member card to gain entry into Gillette Stadium.
Q: How many season member cards will I receive?
A: You will receive one season member card per seat on your account. For example, if you have three (3) seats on your season member account you will receive three (3) season member cards.
Q: Which matches are loaded on my season ticket card?
A: All seventeen (17) 2018 regular season stand-alone Revolution home matches are already loaded on your season member card.
Q: What other events are loaded on my season ticket card?
A: The club may announce future member events that will also be loaded onto your card.
Q: Will I need to bring my season member card to every match?
A: Yes, please bring your season member card to every home match as this is your ticket to gain entry to Gillette Stadium.
Q: What if I forget to bring my season member card to a match?
A: The Season Member may present his/her valid photo ID at the Gillette Stadium Ticket Office to print the match tickets on paper stock.
Q: If I want to give my tickets to a friend for a match, do I have to give them my season member card?
A: No, you do not have to give your card to a friend. To easily share your tickets you may use the free online ticket transfer service available online by logging into Account Manager.
Q: What happens if I lose my season member card?
A: There will not be a replacement fee for the first lost card, but there may be a replacement fee for subsequent lost cards. If you have lost your card, please call 1-877-GET-REVS to speak to your account representative about replacing your season ticket card.
Q: How do I receive the 15% in-store Revolution ProShop discount?
A: Show your season member card to receive 15% off all purchases made at the Revolution ProShop at Gillette Stadium. This discount is valid through December 31, 2018 and is also valid on Revolution game days. You must present your card to receive the in-store discount. The discount cannot be combined with any other offers and is only valid for Revolution 2018 Season Members in good standing. No exceptions will be made.

A: Account Manager enables you to purchase discounted add-on tickets online to future Revolution home matches. After logging in to Account Manager, you will need to click the link “BUY PACKAGES/TICKETS” to look at individual home games. Tickets can be purchased online up until kickoff. Q: How do I transfer my tickets via email?
A: Account Manager enables you to transfer tickets to virtually anyone with an email address. The recipient will be able to print the transferred ticket(s). LOG INTO ACCOUNT MANAGER
Q: How do I take advantage of the Season Member ticket exchange program online?
A: During the 2018 season, you may exchange unused tickets from upcoming games for additional tickets to future games. You are permitted to exchange up to three (3) sets of tickets during the season, so if you have two (2) seats on your season account, you may exchange a maximum of six (6) total tickets. To take advantage of this benefit, you may log into Account Manager and exchange unused tickets from upcoming games to add tickets to future games. Q: How do I donate tickets to Mass Mentoring?
A: Account Manager enables you to donate tickets to Mass Mentoring (a non-profit organization that works with youth mentoring organizations in Massachusetts). When donated, Mass Mentoring will automatically receive your ticket and will be placed into their account. Season tickets may be donated through Account Manager up to 48 hours prior to a match.
