Josh Neff

Head Coach U-14s

Josh Neff is in his first season with the New England Revolution Academy. He serves as the head coach of the Under-14 team.

In 2016, Neff worked as an academy coach at Levante UD in Valencia, Spain. Neff spent the first half of the year with the Under-14 team and the second half with the Under-19 team, which was comprised of a group of international players that could not sign professional contracts until the age of 18.

In 2015, Neff worked as an assistant coach and fitness coach with the Chicago Red Stars of the NWSL, and had the same positions with the Eclipse Select Soccer Club's Under-13 through Under-18 teams in the Elite Clubs National League (ECNL).

In 2014, Neff worked with the Chicago Fire as an assistant fitness coach with the first team, served as a coach for three teams in the Chicago Fire Juniors program, and also worked as Operations Director for Chicago Fire Juniors West.

Prior to his time in Chicago, Neff coached for a number of clubs and high school teams in Florida and worked on a consultant basis with a number of college teams in assisting with fitness program planning.

A Native of Cape Coral, Fla., Neff played collegiate soccer at Palm Beach Atlantic University in West Palm Beach, Fla. Neff received his undergraduate degree from Palm Beach Atlantic and continued his education to receive a master's degree in Organizational Leadership. While in Spain, Neff received another master's degree in Talent Identification and Player Development at Universidad Europea de Madrid. Neff holds a U.S. Soccer "A" License.

Neff currently resides in Pawtucket, R.I. with his wife Elanor and son.
