Revolution waive midfielder Michael Gamble

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – The New England Revolution have waived midfielder Michael Gamble, the club announced Monday.

Gamble, 22, was selected by the Revolution in the second round (30th overall) of the 2016 MLS SuperDraft on January 14th. The first-year midfielder did not make a regular season appearance with the Revolution, but earned one selection in the 18-man game-day roster on April 30 vs. Orlando City SC. Gamble made one appearance with the Rochester Rhinos (USL) while on a short-term loan, playing 27 minutes on April 17 at New York Red Bulls II.
