Revolution waive forward Sean Okoli

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – The New England Revolution have waived forward Sean Okoli.

Okoli, 23, was acquired by the Revolution via a trade with Seattle Sounders FC on January 15, 2015. The forward appeared in five regular season matches for New England last season, logging 46 minutes. He also started and played 64 minutes in the club’s U.S. Open Cup Fourth Round match versus the Charlotte Independence on June 17.
