Friday, Friday gotta get down on Friday! Friday means it’s the weekend and the Revs take on NYCFC at home tomorrow. Now for your reading and viewing pleasure - a little media from around the web.


Last night was an all new “State of the Revs” on Comcast SportsNet and there was plenty to discuss. Revolution General Manager Mike Burnsaddressed the transfer windowand made it clear the Revolution are actively looking to add players. Jay Heaps chimed in about the consecutive losses and told Dalen Cuffhe thinks playing more aggressively could snap the teams losing streak. Brad Feldmantouches on the versatility of Teal Bunbury and his progression as a Rev and also gave his take on the struggling defense. And on First Touch, some of the players broke down the losses to FC Dallas and Red Bulls.


The Boston Herald “tracked down” Charlie Davies, Juan Agudelo and Teal Bunbury at the Bowl for a Goal event at Splitsville in Patriot Place. Revolution players, coaches and staff bowled and mingled with guests at the event; proceeds benefitted the Special Olympics Massachusetts. The event was a huge success raising over 50,000 dollars, check it out here.
