Revolution to host MLS Cup watch parties throughout New England on Sunday

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – New England Revolution supporters are invited to attend the club’s official MLS Cup Watch Party at The Banshee (934 Dorchester Ave., Boston, Mass.) on Sunday, December 7. The festivities will begin at 2 p.m., when the club’s supporters will gather together to watch the Revs take on the LA Galaxy in MLS Cup 2014. This is the Revs’ fifth trip to MLS Cup and their first appearance in the league’s championship match since 2007. The game will kick off at 3 p.m. ET and will be shown nationally on ESPN and UniMas and the Rev Girls will be on hand throughout the day with giveaways and other prizes.

Supporters outside of Boston can meet up and watch the game with fellow Revs fans at GPub in Providence, R.I. (61 Orange St.), as well as Ri Ra locations in Burlington, Vermont (123 Church St.), Portland, Maine (72 Commercial St.) and Portsmouth, New Hampshire (22 Market Square).

Fans are also invited to a MLS Cup watch party in the East Putnam Club at Gillette Stadium on Sunday. The concession stands will be open and fans can cheer on the Revs with fellow supporters in the Putnam Club while watching the game on the two outdoor HD video boards inside the stadium. All attendees will have the chance to take a picture with the Eastern Conference Championship trophy while Revolution mascot Slyde and the Rev Girls will also be on hand to give away a series of fun prizes, including autographed items.

Members of the general public wishing to attend the MLS Cup watch party at Gillette Stadium must RSVP by Friday, December 5 at 12 p.m. Doors open at 2 p.m. and attendees will enter the East Putnam Club via the E1 Entrance.
