FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – In order to help supporters provide the team with the same level of passion, energy and intensity on the road as they produce at Gillette Stadium, the New England Revolution will provide bus transportation for up to 850 fans to the first leg of the Eastern Conference Championship against the New York Red Bulls on Sunday, November 23. That game is scheduled to kick off at 1:30 p.m. with buses arriving at Red Bull Arena in Harrison, N.J. prior to the game and then returning after its conclusion.

“We understand the importance of travelling supporters and the energy that they give the team on the field so we are more than happy to assist so many of our fans in getting to Red Bull Arena for this important game,” Revolution President Brian Bilello said. “This is the first time that our club has reached the Eastern Conference Championship since 2007 and we know our fans want to be there for both the home and road legs of the series and will help them do so.”

An allotment of 850 tickets is available to Revolution supporters for purchase through the official website of the Midnight Riders and The Rebellion, two of the club’s independent supporter’s organizations, or by clicking here. All fans that purchase tickets through any of those links will be eligible to receive complimentary bus transportation to the game.

Bus departure times and locations are still to be determined. Please visit the official websites of the Midnight Riders and The Rebellion for all of the most up-to-date information and details regarding the trip.

"Road trips are something uniquely awesome about MLS and take on a whole new meaning come the playoffs and even more so when it's against New York,” said The Rebellion’s Brendan Schimmel. “With the bus transportation being free, there's no reason we can't get hundreds of Revs fans to pack the away section at Red Bull Arena and basically create a home field advantage for our boys in their house."

“The road trip to New Jersey is something that we look forward to every year, and we're excited that we get to do it again during the playoffs,” added Fran Harrington of the Midnight Riders. “Away games are something all fans should experience, and this is going to be an awesome one.”

The Revolution will host the second leg of the Eastern Conference Championship at Gillette Stadium on Saturday, November 29. That game is scheduled to kick off at 3 p.m. and the winner of the series will go on MLS Cup 2014 to face the winner of the Western Conference Championship between the LA Galaxy and Seattle Sounders FC. MLS Cup 2014 will be played on Sunday, December 7 at the home stadium of the Western Conference Champion.

Revolution fans who want to take part in future bus trips for road games at Red Bull Arena are invited purchase 2015 Revolution season tickets in The Fort (sections 141-143 at Gillette Stadium) as those will include transportation and a ticket to one 2015 regular-season road game against the Red Bulls. That offer is limited to 750 season ticket holders and is expected to sell out.
