Brazilian radio station WMVX1570 NOSSA RADIO USA becomes the official Portuguese voice of the Revolution

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. AND SOMERVILLE, Mass. – WMVX1570 “Nossa Radio USA,” a Brazilian radio network, is the new Portuguese-language radio home of the New England Revolution. Nossa Radio will broadcast every Revolution match, with the first broadcast already airing on October 4.


This pioneering initiative between the Revs and Nossa Radio USA seeks to pave the way one million-plus Portuguese-language speakers in Massachusetts to become fans of Major League Soccer and the Revolution.


“We’re very pleased to add Nossa Radio as a broadcast partner,” Revolution president Brian Bilello said. “The Brazilian community is very strong in Southern New England and we’re excited to create a new avenue to bring the excitement of MLS to them.”


WMXV1570 is a radio network owned by ICGG Group, an international organization that owns 182 television stations and 17 FM radio stations. It also operates WFLL1400AM in Florida.
