FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – The New England Revolution and UnitedHealthcare are ramping up their efforts to promote health and wellness to Revs fans by launching their expanded FieldFit!™ program at the Revolution’s match against the New York Red Bulls at Gillette Stadium on Sunday, June 8.
The new-and-improved program encourages Revolution fans to incorporate small, incremental changes into their everyday lives to improve their overall health and wellness. Enhancements include expanded original health, wellness and player content, as well as a broader variety of on-site activities at the Revolution’s matches at Gillette Stadium to promote health, wellness and physical activity.

There, fans can get tips and facts about health and wellness, including how players and Revs staff incorporate healthy choices into their own lives. Fans who engage with FieldFit! content will have the opportunity to win Revolution prizes and be featured in various content throughout the program.

FieldFit! will launch June 8 and will run the duration of the Revolution’s 2014 season. The multifaceted program will incorporate game day activities at Gillette Stadium; exclusive digital content on GetFieldFit.com featuring Revs players, coaches and staff; and social media engagement.
Special FieldFit! game-day activities will include 4v4 mini games on the Gillette Stadium field at halftime; healthy pregame tailgates and cooking demonstrations; active video games; and pre-match soccer activities on a special small-sided field.
Limited-edition Revolution player trading cards featuring healthy recipes, and a unique FieldFit! takeaway with health and wellness tips – including Revolution players’ personal health habits – will also be distributed at most matches for the rest of the season.
The game-day activities and giveaways will vary at matches throughout the season.
