Revolution to unveil new 2014 primary kit on March 4

2014 jersey launch

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – The New England Revolution will unveil its new 2014 kits on Tuesday, March 4, at Royale Night Club (279 Tremont St., Boston, Mass.). The event will begin at 7 p.m.

The new kits – which include re-designed jerseys, shorts and socks – will debut during a special fashion show that will conclude the evening. A part of Major League Soccer’s “Jersey Week,” the theme of the night is “Made in New England.” The program will also include a special video tribute to the Revolution’s New England roots.

The entire 2014 Revolution squad will be in attendance at the event and will help unveil and model the new kits that are scheduled to debut on March 8 in the team’s season opener at Houston.

Fans are invited to be part of this special night. Admission is free and all ages are welcome to the jersey launch.

Space is limited at Royale, so fans are encouraged to pre-register for the event to reserve their spot. Fans who preregister will be entered into a drawing to win the 2014 jersey.

“We’re very excited to finally show our fans the new 2014 kits,” Revolution president Brian Bilello said. “The event at Royale on March 4 will be the culmination of an 18-month process to re-design our uniform. We’ve incorporated some important and representative design elements, and we know our fans will appreciate the number of changes this kit has from our last primary kit.”
