FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – New England Revolution defender Kevin Alston, currently undergoing treatment for chronic myelogenous leukemia, is the second of three Revs players to be featured on a team-produced bobblehead this season. His mini-me will debut at the June 8 match against D.C. United at Gillette Stadium.

Alston’s bobblehead features his signature hair and goatee. The bobblehead is being presented in concert with the Revs’ Leukemia Awareness night, which will feature informational tables from The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) as well as a swabbing station for Be The Match Registry, a national marrow donor program.

A limited number of the Kevin Alston bobbleheads will be distributed at the entry gates at Gillette Stadium on June 8, so fans are encouraged to enter the stadium early. Additionally, Alston will be available to sign fans’ bobbleheads for a $20 donation, which will be directed to LLS.
