CSN to televise final preseason match

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – Comcast SportsNet New England will televise the New England Revolution’s final preseason match against the Houston Dynamo on Sunday, March 13. The game will be carried live at 3 p.m. by the Revs’ regional broadcast partner.


Sunday’s match will see the Revolution face Houston in a final tune-up before opening the 2011 Major League Soccer season on Sunday, March 20, in Carson, Calif. The Dynamo match will be played at the Kennesaw State University Soccer Stadium in Kennesaw, Ga., and it is the final match of the inaugural Atlanta MLS Challenge.


The Revs are 4-0-0 in their first four preseason games, and will face the Columbus Crew on Wednesday before Sunday’s preseason finale. New England has out-scored its preseason opponents by a 7-1 margin and played 360 minutes of shutout soccer before Columbus scored in stoppage time on Sunday.
