Two Revs matches included in 2011 FSC schedule

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – Major League Soccer and Fox Soccer Channel today announced an extension to the network’s television agreement with the league. As a part of the agreement, the network’s 2011 broadcast schedule was also announced and includes two New England Revolution matches.  


The Revs’ match against the New York Red Bulls at Red Bull Arena, previously scheduled for Saturday, June 11, has been moved to Friday, June 10, and will now kick off at 8:30 p.m. ET.


The other match included in FSC’s 2011 schedule is the Revs’ match against the Portland Timbers on Friday, Sept. 16 at PGE Park, which will now kick off at 11 p.m. ET. It was previously scheduled for a 10:30 p.m. kickoff.


The Revs are currently in Orlando for an 11-day training trip, and are scheduled to play three training matches – against the University of Central Florida on Feb. 18, the U.S. Under-17 National Team on Feb. 21 and FC Dallas on Feb. 23 – during their stay.
