Youth Update

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – New England Revolution Under-16 players Daniel Apajee (Cranston, R.I.), Diego Fagundez (Leominster, Mass.), David Hepp (Natick, Mass.), Kevin Herrera (Lynn, Mass.), Yannick Kabala (Manchester, N.H.), Peguy Ngatcha (Manchester, N.H.), Christian Sady (North Andover, Mass.) and Mitchell Taintor (Storrs, Conn.) have been selected to attend the U.S. Soccer Training Center that will be held on Saturday, Jan. 29, at the Dana-Farber Field House on the grounds of Gillette Stadium.

“We are very proud to have eight players selected to participate in this U.S. Soccer Training Center here at Gillette Stadium,” Director of Youth Development and Revolution Under-16 Head Coach Bryan Scales said. “These events are great opportunities to be trained and evaluated by U.S. Soccer’s national staff coaches. I know that the guys will represent the Revolution with pride and give a great account of themselves.”

Outside of regular training, both the Revolution U18s and U16s have a break from competition until early March when the Revs continue their third season in the U.S. Soccer Development Academy. Kicking off a series of home matches, the Revolution youth teams will play NJSA 04 at Gillette Stadium on Saturday, March 5.
