2013: Voted 2013 Revolution Most Valuable Player by the team’s fans. Made 31 appearances, including 28 starts: two at forward, five at right wing and 21 at left wing. Led the team with 13 goals and added seven assists. Finished tied for fifth in MLS in goals scored. His five game-winning goals were tied for third in MLS. Made his first start of the season against FC Dallas (March 30). Scored his first goal of the season against Philadelphia (April 27), which proved to be the game-winner. Scored goals in four straight matches from May 11 to June 2 – tied for the second-longest streak in MLS in 2013. Scored against New York (May 11), at Houston (May 18) against Toronto (May 25) – which was the game-winning goal and which was nominated for MLS goal of the week, and then one goal and two assists against LA (June 2). Earned MLS player of the week for week 14 for his performance against LA, the first such recognition of his career. Recorded an assist on Kelyn Rowe’s goal at Vancouver (June 15) then recorded the game-tying assist on Chad Barrett’s goal at Chivas USA (June 29) in the team’s next game. Snapped a six-game goal-less streak with his goal at Columbus (July 20), then scored the game-winning goal at D.C. (July 27). Scored a goal and added two assists (both on Juan Agudelo goals) against Philadelphia (Aug. 25), and added single goals in the next two games at Toronto (Aug. 30) and against Montreal (Sept. 8). Scored a goal against D.C. United (Sept. 21). Scored his 12th goal of the season at New York (Oct. 5). Recorded his seventh assist at Montreal (Oct. 12), and scored his fifth game-winning goal of the season against Columbus (Oct. 19). Recorded points in seven of the team’s final 10 games (six goals, three assists). Started both of the team’s MLS Cup Playoff matches against Sporting Kansas City (Nov. 2, Nov. 6), playing all 210 minutes of the series. Made one appearance in the U.S. Open Cup – a start at D.C. United (June 26) in the quarterfinals.

2012: Made 20 regular-season appearances, including eight starts at forward. Scored two goals and recorded two assists. Twelve of his 20 appearances – including seven of his eight starts – came in the final 13 matches as his playing time and role on the team increased dramatically as the season progressed. Made his season debut at Kansas City (March 17). Returned to the field as a substitute at Real Salt Lake (May 5), the first of three straight substitute appearances (May 12 vs. Vancouver; May 19 vs. Houston). Made his first start of the season at forward at Toronto (June 23). Scored his first goal of the season – and his third career goal – on a 94th-minute equalizer as a substitute against Seattle (June 30). Missed the match at Philadelphia (July 29) with an ankle sprain suffered in training that week, but returned to action with a substitute appearance at forward against Kansas City (Aug. 4). Drew a penalty kick – which Lee Nguyen later converted – at Columbus (Aug 25). Recorded his first assist of the season -- a game-winning assist -- against Columbus (Sept. 5). Recorded his second assist of the season at D.C. (Sept. 15). Scored his second goal of the season - the game-winner - against Chicago (Oct. 20) in the team’s home finale. Started at forward but was issued a red card in the 34th minute in the team’s U.S. Open Cup third-round loss to the Harrisburg City Islanders (May 29). Also made nine MLS Reserve League appearances, including six starts at forward and two starts at central midfield. Recorded one assist in Reserve League action, an assist on Alec Purdie’s goal at Montreal (June 5).

2011: Made six regular-season appearances, including three starts at forward. Scored two goals and added one assist. Trained with the senior team during April School Vacation Week (April 18-22). Dressed, but did not make an appearance against Manchester United (July 13). Made his first 18-man squad in the MLS regular-season on July 20 at D.C. Became the youngest Revolution player to make an appearance and score a goal for the club - and became the second youngest player in MLS history to score a goal - when he made his MLS debut against Chivas USA (Aug. 6) as a substitute, scoring in the 86th minute. Recorded his first career MLS assist at Chicago (Sept. 25) on Ryan Guy’s second goal in stoppage time. Notched a goal in his first MLS start (vs. Seattle, Oct. 1) and played the full 90 minutes to become the youngest player in club history (16 yrs. 229 days) to start and play a complete game. Missed the final game of the season at Toronto (Oct. 22) with a concussion. Made nine appearances in the MLS Reserve League, including seven starts, scoring one goal and adding a team-best four assists. Started at central midfield at Columbus (May 9), playing 90 minutes. Recorded three assists in the 3-2 win at Toronto (June 21), including a corner kick in the 86th minute that Ryan Guy converted for the game-winning goal at Toronto. Picked up one goal and one assist vs. Philadelphia (July 18), including the set-up on Andrew Sousa’s game-winning goal. Made two appearances in the Revs’ U.S. Open Cup qualifying matches: made his professional debut at D.C. United (April 26) and later was a substitute at Kansas City (May 25).

2010-11 YOUTH PROGRAM: A U.S. Soccer Development Academy U15/U16 National Starting XI performer for the second year in a row ... scored 23 goals and added 17 assists in 28 appearances with the youth teams … played 22 games with the Under-16 squad (21 goals, 12 assists), and six matches with the Under-18 team (two goals, five assists) … scored four goals against FC Westchester (Nov. 20) with the U16s … had both the U16s’ goals against Sporting Kansas City (Dec. 6) at the U.S. Soccer Development Academy’s Winter Showcase … in his first-ever appearance with the Under-18s – vs. PA Classics (March 12) – he recorded two goals and two assists to pace the 4-3 win ... his one-goal, one-assist performance for the U16s against D.C. BEFORE REVOLUTION ACADEMY: Won State Cup championship in 2008 and 2009 as a member of the FC Greater Boston Bolts … reached 2005 State Cup finals as a member of FC United before winning the championship in 2006 … played with the Massachusetts ODP program from 2006-2009, serving as captain from 2008-2009 … Named a 2007-2008 adidas Interregional All-Star as a member of the Region I ODP team.
